Refund & Return Policy – Tiny Castle Co.

At Tiny Castle Co., each item is made with love and carefully crafted just for you. Because most of our products are custom-made and personalized, we have a specific return and refund policy as outlined below.


Personalized & Custom Orders

All personalized or custom-made items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, unless the item arrives damaged or with an error made by us.

Since these items are created specifically according to your selected design, size, name, colors, and customization details, they cannot be resold.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Personalized Items

For non-personalized, ready-to-ship items:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

  • After this period, your order enters production and can no longer be canceled


Shipping Issues

Tiny Castle Co. is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered but missing

If this happens, please contact your local post office.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.
